I’m excited to announce that I’ve successfully recertified my Challenge Course Practitioner Certificate Level 2 - Full from Adventureworks! Associates, Inc.!
With over a decade of experience designing and managing my own Challenge Course, this journey has been about more than just achieving certification—it’s about empowering others to grow as leaders by using the challenge course as a tool to unlock their potential.
The challenge course is not just an activity; it’s a powerful tool for leadership development. It helps individuals build confidence, develop team collaboration, and strengthen their problem-solving skills in real-time, high-stakes environments. Whether it’s through trust-building exercises, resilience challenges, or communication tasks, each experience is carefully designed to push individuals outside their comfort zones, fostering growth both individually and as a team.
Mastering advanced techniques 40 feet in the air has deepened my commitment to ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of all participants, while also maintaining the highest standards of leadership excellence. Adhering to professional and ethical guidelines, I create inclusive, participant-centered experiences that draw on each individual’s strengths, while addressing areas for growth.
Through custom-designed leadership programs, I work with teams to improve their leadership skills, helping them to communicate more effectively, trust each other, and lead with authenticity and compassion. Every program is tailored to develop leaders who are self-aware, adaptable, and able to navigate complex challenges. By using the challenge course as a foundation, I help leaders at every level gain clarity, confidence, and the practical skills they need to lead with impact.
