I have completed one of three modules towards my Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) designation. I began the Excelerator Essentials module this January, and will complete my full certification November of 2022. View my verified achievement from Essential Impact.here:

I decided to enroll in the Essential Impact CLC program to further develop my skills as a leader, mentor, and challenge course facilitator. I expected to learn how to use a questioned based approach to help facilitate critical thinking. I have definitely learned that, as well as the best approach and sequence to help the "coachee" discover what it is that they want, as well as how they are going to get there. I am using these skills every day at work, with friends, family, and now with coaching clients. I look forward to using these skills to help mentor my team and add it to my list of skills for consulting contracts.

  • Lastly, we learned when, how and why to use coaching in the workplace.
