I am incredibly grateful to the Cranbrook Chamber of Commerce for the honor of serving as the Engagement Facilitator at yesterday's inspiring Women in Business Conference. It was a fantastic experience working with 76 dynamic women from the Cranbrook community who gathered at the Prestige for a day focused on aligning work and personal lives, recognizing and healing from burnout, and building relationships with others who understand the challenges of juggling so many balls.
This conference focused on aligning work and personal lives, recognizing and healing from burnout, and building lasting relationships with like-minded women who understand the challenges of balancing multiple roles. The energy in the room was palpable, and I was thrilled to contribute to creating a space where these women could engage deeply, share experiences, and leave feeling revitalized and supported.
As the Engagement Facilitator, my role went beyond just leading activities—I helped create an environment where women could be empowered to take action and reflect on the powerful insights shared by our keynote speakers. My focus was on keeping the energy high, facilitating reflection activities that tied directly to the day's learning, and encouraging meaningful connections during the structured networking sessions.
Seeing the participants connect with one another, share wisdom, and leave with tangible tools to integrate their work and personal lives more harmoniously was truly rewarding. This event reinforced my belief in the power of community and collaboration—something I strive to foster in every role I take on. #WomenInBusiness #Empowerment #LeadershipDevelopment #BurnoutRecovery #JugglingLife #Networking #CommunityBuilding
