My Leadership Coaching Journey
In 2022, I embarked on my leadership coaching journey, dedicating most of my Fridays to Zoom sessions with incredible individuals. Together, we navigated through the challenges of each coaching designation, and by December 2022, I proudly received my official certification, recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
The Certified Leadership Coach designation confirms that I’ve completed 76 hours of immersive, experiential coach training. It demonstrates my proficiency in the Excelerator Coaching Model and adherence to ICF’s coaching standards, proven through observed coaching and skillful application.
